The service

LoadShift provides Linux virtual machines for running software development workloads, managed through a website, API and command-line tool. The service is provided as is and may change or be interrupted.

Fees

The Pro plan costs the monthly fee shown on the pricing page, charged in advance through Stripe when you subscribe and then each month. It includes the CPU-hours and memory GB-hours shown there; usage past that is charged at the published rates on your next invoice. Prices exclude any taxes that apply. You can cancel any time from Billing in the dashboard. We'll give at least 30 days' notice by email before changing prices.

Your responsibilities

• Don't use machines for cryptocurrency mining, sending spam, attacking other systems, hosting public services unrelated to development, or anything illegal.
• Keep your own backups. Machine disks are not backed up; push your work to a git remote.
• You're responsible for software you run and for the actions of AI agents you direct.

Your content

You own what you put on your machines. We access it only to operate the service, at your request, or when required by law.

Ending the service

You can delete your machines and account at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms. If we stop offering the service, we'll give at least 30 days' notice by email.

LoadShift is not affiliated with Anthropic. Your use of Claude Code is governed by your agreement with Anthropic.
